We have performed a root cause analysis, we found the root cause of the service interruption and taken steps to restore as many services as quickly as possible. Current state is most services are working and at this moment your instance is either 100% working or you may experience some application panels blank. Blank application panels will resolve themselves automatically as we work to restore the final batch of services. If you have any questions or need immediate support you can chat us directly from within the application or contact support@rekener.com and we will assist you right away. We love helping our customers and welcome the chance to assist you in real time.
